A matcha green tea burnt cheesecake with that signature burnt cheesecake texture, using Niko Neko Matcha Powder, which incidentally is nearly RM400/kg. For matcha lovers, the kau flavour of this matcha cheesecake should satisfy.

The latest fad cake in town, nothing particularly aesthetic about it, in fact, it looks like an accident in the kitchen whereby someone forgot the timer. But the principle behind this is a quick sear, at high heat so that the insides are still velvety and custardy. Different versions exist so do not expect one particular version. Flavoured with vanilla EXTRACT (not essence), this luscious rich cheesecake should titillate your palate, if not your eyes. Served in the original parchment paper for that Basque Burnt Cheeseake Rustic Look, named the "HITAM MANIS" for obvious reasons.

THE SAILOR

Like a sailor, it's Burnt, Seedy, Cheesy, and Nutty.  Contains rummed raisins for that alcoholic kick.

Good old combination of strawberries and blueberries atop a tradtional baked cheesecake. Available in chilled version too.  Additional fruits may be added and cost will be advised accordingly.

The Hawt Hunk, best selling salty caramel macadamia cheesecake. Cheesy, nutty, sweet, salty, named after the person it was intended.

Although it's been on the menu for ages, I guess the lack of a picture does make a difference. You can't really go wrong with that malty salty combination of maltesers and cheese. Maltesers at the base, in the batter and on the top. No way you'll miss these little balls of delight.

The figgy date cheesecake is an inspired combination if I may say so myself. Dried figs, and dried dates, topped with caramel and hawaiian coconut. Boozey version optional, the fruit are soaked in rum, and imparts a wonderful flavour and oomph.
