Oft misunderstood soul. Shy, reserved, likes to stay in the background, but inevitably mistaken as not shy, extrovert etc. Originally meant to be a culinary blog, but in due course discovered man does not live on cake alone..hence the waffle.

Something like the above would be good.
1. No need to tell me who is collecting the cake. Just make sure you mention Orderer's Name when collecting.
2. Please do not refer to an ingredient when ordering a cake. e.g. Don't say Peanut Butter Cake, because there are at least two varieties of "Peanut Butter" cakes.
3. For cheesecakes, please specify "Baked" or "Chilled". Which is better? It's very subjective, Baked is cakier, and Chilled is creamier, set with gelatine.
4. Standard size is 8" diameter, weight depends on type of cake as density varies. Please do not specify KG as that is the old method of ordering BUTTER /POUND cakes.
