CHICKEN MUSHROOM PIE

Over the years, this has become a firm favourite, and almost a signature dish, served at dinner parties and tea parties. Contains a lot of chicken, and fresh button mushrooms. And yes, the puff pastry is store bought I'm afraid. Approx 8" diameter, served in a disposable aluminium pie tin.  

Leeks and/or coriander make good addtions, but need lead time, and also will be added to the price accordingly. (Approx RM5)

BEEF PIE

Stewed in Guinness,  Brisket or similar beef cuts, usually using Australian beef.  Mushrooms are added before baking so that it's not shrunk and soggy. Lead time 3 days for this.  (Guinness can be replaced for the alcohol averse)

The Mactart - no relation of the Macbook or any apple product, but salty caramel, macadamias in a chocolate pastry tart shell, approx 9" diameter.

APPLE PIE

Old fashion no frills Apple Pie, made with fresh Granny Smiths which are stewed in cinnamon and sugar. Optional raisins, since not everyone likes them. Unless specified, no raisins will be present.

SALTED CARAMEL BANANA CREAM TART

Salted Caramel Banana Tart, a variation of the old Banoffee Pie, except using the more trendy Salty Caramel rather than toffee which was essentially condensed milk boiled in a can for hours.

RUM RAISIN TART

Rum and Raisin Tart, inspired by a Martha Stewart recipe, copious rum soaked raisins in a basic baked custard filling.

APPLE CRUMBLE TART

Almost like the pie, but topped with crumble which contains oats and pumpkin seeds, for a semblance of healthiness. Apples stewed in cinnamon and sugar.
