RM 110 - Boozey Spencer (with alcohol)

Spencer 4 Seasons, one of the first best sellers since 2006, named after a friend, Spencer. 4 Seasons refers to the 4 layers of chocolate stuff, namely cake, mousse, cookies and cream, and ganache.

SALTY CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CAKE

RM 95

Salted Caramel is all the in flavour in the last decade, and continues to be so. Layers of chocolate sponge filled with layers of chocolate ganache, salty caramel and covered completely with more ganache for that chocolate cake feel.

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP

RM 100 - Mint Chocolate Cake
RM 115 - With Mint Liquer

Mint Chocolate Chip Cake, layers of chocolate cake with mint flavoured chocolate cream,
and some mint chocolate somewhere along the way.

ORANGE CHOCOLATE

RM 100 - Orange Chocolate
RM 115 - With Liquor

Orange Chocolate Cake, a lovely but not used often enough combination. Layers of cake with orange flavoured chocolate cream, topped with orange chocolates and choc chip. Alcohol version uses screwdrivers, ie Vodka with Orange Juice

TIM'S NUTS

RM 110

Tim's Nuts, so named after the person who suggested this combination. Oreo base, with a layer of peanut butter cream, bananas, cream, a layer of cake, and ganache.

CHERRIFYING BLACKFOREST CAKE

Due to the astronomical rise in price of canned cherries, sadly no choice but to raise the price of this cake.

RM 105 - Virgin Blackforest
+ RM 15 - Add Double Cherries

Blackforest - Such a retro cake making a comeback in a big way. That combination of chocolate cake and cherries, with a generous tipple seems to have propelled this into the best seller category in recent times. FOR A EXTRA CHERRYFYING experience, there is an option for double quantity of cherries, whereby you're basically only charged the cost price of the extra can.
